About The Coach
Dr. Dawn Lucarelli, a seasoned educator and leadership coach, brings unparalleled expertise and a unique approach to consulting and coaching. Formerly the Associate Superintendent for Anne Arundel County Public Schools in Maryland, Dr. Lucarelli oversaw the education of over 84,500 students across 119 schools. With over 30 years of experience in education, she has dedicated much of her career to coaching leaders and fostering their growth and success.
Dr. Lucarelli is renowned for her data-driven and results-oriented methodology. As a certified Gallup Strengths Coach and Happiness Advantage trainer, she integrates a strengths-based coaching style that empowers leaders to excel. Her distinctive approach emphasizes leveraging individual strengths to achieve personal and professional goals.
